Two-way communication is a critical factor in the partnership between parents and residential college staff. Seeking information as early as possible can solve many problems. If parents have any questions or concerns about their child’s care and supervision, they should contact the College Manager at the residential college.
The residential college Board of Management and staff will ensure that parents’ and students’ Concerns and Complaints are taken seriously and will aim to resolve these at the college level. For more information about how the residential college will handle your concern or complaint you can obtain a copy of the Concerns and Complaints policy from the College Manager.
