From its establishment in 1960, the Country High School Hostels Authority continues to provide a high-quality and reliable boarding service for Western Australian secondary school students who do not live close to a secondary school.
The Authority’s eight country residential colleges are situated in major rural centres throughout the State. Working in close partnership with fifteen secondary schools they have provided generations of country Western Australians with access to a high standard of education. Country Residential Colleges provide an exceptional educational opportunity for students who would otherwise have to travel to Perth for a comparable education.
