Peter Bolt: Background

Peter Bolt, a physical education teacher from Little Grove Primary School in Albany, was chosen to represent Western Australian public schools in the Clipper Race.

Peter took on the elements alongside a professional crew and other amateurs on the yacht westernaustralia.com in their bid to win the world’s longest circumnavigation race. He sailed in the fifth of seven legs: from the Phillippines, via Japan and across the Pacific Ocean to the West Coast of Canada.
