Morawa is 360 kilometres north of Perth in a 325mm rainfall area. The College campus is situated near the town and accommodation is provided for 62 male and female students.

The 3,240 hectare farm has a 1,000 ha broad-acre cropping program as well as sheep, pigs, beef cattle (Gelbvieh stud) and a small horticulture section. In the second year of their course, students may elect to specialise in Pastoral Industry Studies. The pastoral course is complemented with excursions and work experience on pastoral properties.
