The role of the ETSSC is to supply, manage and maintain the Education and Training in-scope finance and human resource services, in a cost effective and efficient manner.

As a division of the Department of Education and Training (DET), the ETSSC provides these services to the Department of Education and Training, TAFEWA Colleges, Department of Education Services and Curriculum Council.

ETSSC Services

The Business Services directorate of the ETSSC delivers transactional services. These include the recording and processing of transactional activities, as well as handling of transactional enquiries eg paying an invoice, processing a leave request or processing a salary packaging arrangement.
